Pay more money to Discovery but do not want to Cover my Family

Discovery they do not want to cover my Family while am paying more money to they're account. They said I must add or pay separate to cover my Family, I want to stop using Discovery they refuse me to that, they said the Company I work for do not allow me that please help me with Discovery
