Pay for reactive rather than pro-active treatment

<p>Discovery didn't pay for low dosage Naltrexone prescribed by my endocrinologist. When I queried this, I was told it doesn't have a Nappi code and dosage are not on the claim (which is a lie, as I resent the claim to them after I paid out of my own pocket. On the email send, not response was received even though I indicated that I'm not happy with the outcome. </p>
