PAY EXPENSIVE PREMIUMS, DONT GET YOUR BENEFITS

<p>My issues :</p> <p>They loaded claims on my benefits that ws NEVER claimed by any of my health care providers.</p> <p>Numerous phone calls to remove these claims resulted in NOTHING, claims STILL on my profile. ( *****???)</p> <p>Claims that falls within my benefit limits are NOT being paid, get different reasons EVERY TIME i called. Nobodo knows why. Nobody can answer me. </p> <p>Everybody promises to resolve it but then nothing happens and nobody contacts me back like they promised. So now I sit with claims they are suppose to pay, but wont, and nobody seems to be competent enough to know what is going on or why they dont pay.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why do I pay such expensive premiums but I do not get my benefits>???????? There has not been ONE COMPETENT PERSON in Discovery HEalth that actually helped me and kept their promise to call me back with answer. EVerybody just disapears.</p>
