Pay back the money !

I paid for some extremely expensive medication that was payable from my oncology benefits from a pricey medical insurance scheme with Discovery. I have been trying to retrieve those funds for many months - so much so, that I went over my maximum benefit for the year last year & had to pay directly for my medication for other ailments (last year was a bad year). The pharmacist printed out the e-mails that he has sent to a Mrs Africa at Discovery, but they have still not paid the pharmacist, so he can still not repay me the amount that I spent - & the pay-in to the system for additional medication, albeit a much smaller amount, is lost forever in the Discovery system.
