Pay Back the Money

Earlier this year I resigned from my job which was contributing towards my medical aid and wished to continue with the medical aid in private capacity. I was told I need to make payments to my account, but later found out my membership was cancelled without my knowledge and the money was paid back to a wrong bank account. Now I have been waiting for months for the money to be paid back till today I keep been told they will make the transfer and it takes 3 to 5 working days but still no money was paid. Just pay back the money
