Pay back of Doctors claim
I have been on the phone about twenty times with discovery regarding an amount of R550 that was supposed to be refunded to me. This guy attitude was so bad as he told me that they offset the amount off a claw back o owed which I was never aware of . I got a call from a lady called Raeesa who said fill in a settlement agreement form and they will pay the R550 and I can pay the balance on the 15 June. Upon my surprise this guy says they already ran the payment off on 4 june against amount owing. Pathetic service from Discovery and I am on there best plan.
