In a desperate plea we attempted ex-gratia payment on a claim. In Discovery Health terms this means "strip customer from dignity" "make them beg and beg and beg" and lets not exclude "let them wait, follow up and wait, wait, wait, wait. There are no words to comfort this level of frustration.

Since the 1st operation end of May having to wear a patch on the 1 eye, plus suffering from blurred vision in the other eye and consistent headaches one would only consider this decision to receive some urgency.

No blood spilled so No code red.

This is not an appeal for you to pay. This is an appeal for you to answer so that we can move on. It's actually more taxing on your health to pursue Discovery on feedback.
