Pathways is a No No

Close to the end of September I received a "Next Best Action" via Pathways. It was for me to visit my GP before 19 Oct , and then I will be rewarded x amount. I went to my GP the 1st of Oct, and still up to date I haven't received my reward.

Called in and I was told about a curtain cap because of my package. Then I asked why is that because I passed my "cap" 3 time already. And why do they give me a task but don't reward me after completing the task.

I don't want correspondence *** I want someone to phone me.
