Pathetic worst Healthcare provider ever

Worst , most pathetic medical ever . I have a claim since last year that is sitting with the panel to finalize. Every time I call in I must first wait for hours to get in touch to chat to a consultant . Only to get told , someone else was working with the claim so they need to contact that person to get back to me and just like that no follow up or feedback whatsoever. Totally unprofessional and terrible service received from claims department. Absolutely disgusted how they claim SAs leading Healthcare provider when their services and customer care is disgustly poor. Shocking service received
