Pathetic telephone manner

I have been trying to get a new contract from the medical company for a month and to date no one has contacted me despite my efforts to call them. I was promised a visit to explain the various options. Still waiting....I called today and was transfered to the new buisness section. I asked the lady if she could cal me back because I was calling from my cell and she told me no.<br> <br> I've seen bigger companys topple. Bad service is the reason why. Lets watch and see...<br>
