Pathetic technics of not wanting to fulfill its obligations...

I took up a medical aid with discovery, 3-4 weeks after it was active my son was rushed to ER where we where transferred to a hospital where his pediatrician is based. My son was admitted for 7 days. A week after discovery consultant called me to say they are canceling my membership and and they will not be liable to payments of his hospitalization. My son or any family member has no chronic conditions that I could have confirmed upon taking up the medical aid. I had no idea that my son was going to be hospitalized upon taking the medical aid. From a family that has not record of going in and out of hospital I took a risk/ insurance and paid accordingly just Incase should there be a need. But Discovery health slams back to my face
