Pathetic servive from Claims department

I am so livid with anger.. I had an emergency c section on the 22 October 2020..but everytime i claim from discovery for my gynecologist they decline the claim without even calling and telling me the reason, i have claimed more than 6 gimes already but no one from them bothers to call and explain, even received a motivational letter from my gynecologist still they decline and no phone calls.. The service am receiving is so pathetic seriously.. I added my daughter a week ago still no reply.. The only option one has now is to cancrl because am not receiving the help and treatment from them.. I had to call them with regards to the above, still documents requested were sent but i am still getting a decline, time is not on my side as i need to sort out this payment before the 22 November 2020
