<p>Firstly I want to start off by saying this is the most pathetic medical aid scheme I have come across n after today I'm really considering changing to bonitas!</p> <p>My son had an adeno tonselectomy on the 8th , the surgent ENT that did the procedure went on leave the same day after the surgery was done, no locum he advised me that my son needs to go back to his pediatrician a week after the surgery which is TODAY! MY GP sent a referral through to you guys xplaining all of this info , sat on thefne with u guys as well for MRE than an hr n den u wna tell me n the GP that this is not a case for a pediatrician??????? My son developed a high fever, infection, not eating lost mre than a ***n kg in weight and you denying him a visit to his specialist????! I am so gatvol of this bull**** with u guys I pay my membership in time every month, my son hsmt used his benefits in 4 Eva n nw wen he needs it his declined????? So now my must jst suffer, maybe die n den wot I gt a damn sympathy email from u guys n that's gna replace my son???!! Myself and my GP is very disgusted in the answers we received today and this is not the 1st time im going threw this its really becoming pathetic </p>

So I gt phone call from 1 of your agents and still you cannot solve my problem, you telln me you won't approve his specialist visit because He needs to go back to an ENT specialist yet in the same sense you telling me I can go to the casulty unit PAY R270 and then from there they can call a pediatrician n gt an authorisation. Now you tell me htf does that even make any sense????? Why do I need to pay when my child has the necessary funds available .... The bloods and all results from the operation was sent to the pediatrician , she is awake that the ENT referred him there for his follow up and now I must go through all this ****! I definitely moving my medical aid , you don't gt this unnecessary **** with Bonitas!

I do not appreciate my time being wasted , don't call me to tell me to dish out more money I do not have! I am currently still on maternity leave and still make a plan to pay my medical aid fees on time and the best you guys can do is tell me to spend more money, this is sad and pathetic!
