Pathetic service, transfer pending 3 months!!!!!

<p>3 months i have been fighting with discovery to transfer a membership, every month there is promises from them it has been done and every month there is new excuses for it not being done, if i didn't have an upcoming surgery i would leave them, completely disgusting service, incompetant staff!!! last confirmation was with Keith on the 06/12/2016, and again not done.....</p>
