Pathetic service - systems don't work
Firstly I submitted a claim which was clearly marked "PAID" Discovery paid the doctor and not me. After 8 calls I have still not resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I also tried WhatsApping and that also didn't work. Secondly I got an email requesting me to book online for the Covid vaccination. The link sent does not work.
