Pathetic service! Still waiting for response a week later

I wrote a review exactly a week ago here on hellopeter and they quickly responded saying they will get back to me as soon as possible and guess what a week later no email or phone call from Discovery Health. I check my emails everyday and NOTHING from Discovery not even an acknowledgement NOTHING. I still can't believe I am actually recieving this kind of service from Discovery. Totally unbelievable!
