Pathetic Service Received from Discovery Health
I have been with Discovery since 2012 and have never received such bad service!!!! I have escalated a claim TWICE, received TWO reference numbers and NOBODY has comes back to me. It has now been about two months!!!
This is completely unacceptable. I thought of phoning and following up again today - but why waste my time.
The latest reference number received is ********** 113. PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY COME BACK TO ME!
