Pathetic service - parasite medical aid.

These people are half dead and useless and if not that, then they come across as arrogant and rude on the phone.

I have on several occasions asked questions -- mailing them and them the mails go nowhere or the questions don't get answered.

I have complained about this in the past and then was told that they could see this happening on the system and that some departments were not getting back to me. They would then check up on why this was happening and get back to me -- of course this was a lie as the person never did.
