Pathetic service not helping my 5 year old daughter

My 5 year old daughter has been very sick for years now .Same thing fever shortness of breath and being weak we would rush her to Garden City hospital every time this was when she was on my medical aid which was Medshield so January this year we moved her to her father's Medical aid which is Discovery and when the same thing happened again the GP DR Vezi referred her to a Pediatrician Which is Dr Ngwenya needless to say we have not heard from discovery they keep saying they send something to the doctor to fill in Dr Vezi on the other hand is a struggle to get hold of and the last time she mentioned that she never received anything from Discovery as it is my daughter is sick again so I'm asking as a mother what must happen now must my child continue suffering cause between the doctor and Medical aid there is can't get it right or do what needs to be done i must say i am disgusted and disappointed in the kind of service received especially due to the fact that it involves a child life .Discovery health is such a big well-established company surely this is not the kind of service they pride themselves in .As Leaders in in the industry you are failing us and not even to mention my 5-year-old daughter. I need this sorted out before end of business before I take this to both social and print media should Anything happen to my daughter, I hold Discovery and Dr Vezi accountable.
