Pathetic service & my vocabulary is much too limited to find a much more “ pathetic “ word

Let me start of by stating..... Its rather sad 😞 very sad that when a agent from Discovery Health reassures you that the will call you back at a specific time ....they don’t...It’s been sine Saturday the 09/12/2023 no one has called me back & I was promised I will be called no later than 10:00am....I called them around 12:00 pm on the Saturday & as usual in the background you hear 👂 information ℹ️ that just drives one’s frustrations behond another level all together...I spoke to an agent eventually & she sent out an electronic mail to Mr Zihze Mbatyoti & his supervisor stating the nature of the call & how urgent & of pivotal importance it is....Today is the 14/12/2023 & Nobody has called, messeaged or emailed...Is this service....I would really love to chat to Adrian Gore and ask him if I can view his SCSI results....I will bet my bottom dollar it’s below the benchmarks set by the industry...Pathetic service....” What sells you your next client “ it’s the service & if it goes around but word of mouth...My perception you loosing all the way to the bank...Let me not even go into this BBB-EE stuff... Because the company that does your audits have messed up with the calculations & I already I proof of that...nowhere close for a corporate company like yours...Surley Mr Gore who is an Actuary can read between the lines & find the mmm errors or mmmm “ Honeycomb “ Sanas....mmmm This company need to do their math again...No use deleting I’ve alread have everything on three of my devices...See what happens when you receive not bad service but pathetic service.... All will come out from under the carpet when that fan blows....Get someone who is legally inclined from executive office to call me on *** or alternatively on ***....of the utmost urgency...Please don’t get Ulysha Pillay/Govender or Karl Rodney Moses to call me like I stated someone else who is legally minded...My calls will be recorded....
