Pathetic service from the Chronic department

I had to give discovery 1 star, in order to write my review. claims for myself and my husband was lodged by lancet... requested by our physician.( we are registered for diabetes)

Mine was paid and my husband's was declined. I call Discovery chronic and spoke to Ria , she confirmed that she see it on the system and put me on hold. 3 minutes later a consultant "Mpho" comes on the line and says that it was rejected, because the dr is not a specialist. I asked her to check how come mine was paid, she said because I dud not have a Dr on my profile and not registered for diabetes....what nonsense....how come Discovery have *********** people working in the chronic department. She wasted my time and still insisted on explaining to me about the Dr on file... I told her I am not interested, she just needs to get that claim paid, because she is clearing talking nonsense and not comperant She claimed that she is reading from the system and put me on hold to check further. The call conveniently disconnected and I did not receive a call back. Throuhtout the years i am with Discovery health this is the worst service ever received from the chronic department.
