Pathetic Service from Team Leaders!

Hi<br> Discovery team leaders promise to call you back and so far no response. My query has been pending for abt a week and keep getting promised from various people feedback. So far dealt with Khanga Fingo who promised to call me on Wed 17th Nov...I am yet to receive a call from him on a pressing matter! I then escalated this issue to his line manager - spoke to Grant Constable who I thought will be far more helpful but thought wrong. I am also yet to hear from him. Each time we speak to the Discovery consultants - they use the normal standard responses - \I understand"but that's the problem. They do not!!! <br> Can this complaint be escalated to your CEO as this is a reflection of what pathetic customer service is! There is no energy from Discovery consultants to go out of their way to make the customer happy! <br> """
