Pathetic service from Discovery when they owe money

Discovery deducted more than double the normal medical aid amount with no reason. I’ve been trying to contact them for 2 weeks and they remain unreachable by telephone or email. When you get through to someone vie telephone after holding for over an hour they just cut the call on you. No response via email with multiple escalations. Absolutely pathetic service for such a big business. Reference number ***
