PATHETIC SERVICE FROM DISCOVERY - STAY AWAY!!

So I am trying to find employment and i am 90% in getting the job then boom a Discovery collection is showing on my itc. I then call discovery to get assistance but then no one is willing to assist me because the account has been handed over to Shapiro Shaik and Assoc. I plead my case with them to make a payment arrangement and request a payment arrangement letter only to get declined one. I then go back to my service provider (Discovery ) and speak to Evelyn who didnt even attempt to help me only for him to still tell me they aren't willing to assist me. My question is, how do I pay discovery when they are blocking my chances of finding employment? I WILL NEVER EVER USE DISCOVERY HELTH AGAIN AS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED BUT WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTMOMER CARE, I RATE THEM 0/1000.
