Pathetic service from Discovery medical aid

Discovery!! The worst medical aid scheme Ive come across. Taking my payments but cancelled my medical for NO REASON AT ALL. I simply cannot get an answer why my medical aid was cancelled. Payments were all up to date. Proof of payments were sent to them to show every single payment. Called in so many times but no answer to why and what is happening. Accounts section complained of missing payment. Proof of payments were sent for entire year. Now no answers at all. Pathetic staff and *********** accounts department!!!
