Pathetic service from Discovery Health

I have been a client for many, many years and now that I changed jobs, we app**** to move the kids onto my Husband's medical aid.... Also with Discovery. They gave us the run around pertaining to documentation and have still not approved us on my Husband's plan. Reason being : the 2 children are not my husband's biological kids and I do not have an Unabridged Birth cert for 1 of the kids. Even though my kids have been on my Membership for more than 10 years!!! What the hell is that about, they can see the History and all the kids details and now they want an unabridged birth certificate which will take weeks to apply for!!! I am so disgusted and annoyed that due to nonsense our kids don't have medical cover.....what if something happens to one of them. Discovery Health sucks!!!!!!
