Pathetic Service from Discovery Health

I have been struggling since August to get Discovery Health to pay unpaid claims. I followed their process of using a day to day extender benefit doctor on THEIR connect care platform and still the claims remain unpaid. Numerous calls, emails and escalations and still no reason as to why these claims remain unpaid. I was just left holding on a call for over 20 minutes by a "supervisor" name Vinolia and she cut the call on me. AT MY WITS END!
