pathetic service from discovery health

what a pathetic service from the consultants fro Discovery..i reported the issue regarding my maternity benefit and they are busy running around the bushes i am getting different explanation form the consultants and the lats time i asked them to send me the evidence where we had an argument about this benefit and till today nothing , i am so angry with them.
