Pathetic service from Discovery Health

Discovery health is the worst medical aid Company to deal with. Firstly my wife is lying in hospital for 3 weeks diagnosed with sarcodosis. The doctor needs to do a pet CT scan. We are waiting for Discovery Health to authorize the PET Scan for the past week. Apparently they are having meetings daily to discuss where to get the funding, every day when I call to check up on the authorization, they tell me it's with the case manager. Pathetic service. Secondly they use my medical savings to pay the doctors account while my wife is still in hospital. When I queried it, they are coming up with excuses. I think it's time to try another medical aid company.
