Pathetic service from discovery health

I Have a medical aid with discovery and u started last year November and still haven't received my membership card I was so many times but no one has kept to their word I'm so tired of calling them and sending emails and whenever I visit a doctor or hospital I must show my id or membership certificate which is really frustrating when will i get my card
