PATHETIC SERVICE FROM DISCOVERY HEALTH

The customer service at Discovery health and the level of service received is too pathetic too even mention here. They close escalations without the enquiry even being resolved. Issue has not been resolved since Feb 2024. POOR POOR SERVICE DELIVERY - EVEN WORSE CALL CENTER AGENTS. PLEASE DO SOME HOMEWORK ON MY [PROFILE BEFORE CALLING ME, I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO REPEAT MYSELF TO THE 5TH AGENT AGAIN. CALL ME - DO NOT MAIL ME.
