Pathetic service from Discovery

I have two special needs kids and so absolutely disgusted in discovery. The doctor app**** for benefits for My daughter's milk as she is a peg feeder and needs specialized formula. They keep insisting I apply for ex gratia but I have never done so previously and her feeds were approved. They then advised us of a decline reason that was nowhere near the motivation or was it mentioned in the motivation at all. She is severely malnourished because she cannot get the necessary calories from normal formula and very expensive formula at that. Discovery agents put you on hold forever then eventually the call cuts now you call jack and boom back to explaining the same **** over and over. They say a manager will call you back but they never do. The pmb department has no number so what am I really paying Discovery for.

My son is 2 years old and autistic and the medical aid doesn't cover al**** services such as speech therapy or occupational therapy. I find that absolutely absurd that I need to pay this out of pocket weekly when I am paying medical aid. I have called to find out how I can go about get him covered but at no point has anyone even bothered trying to assist me. There has to be a way for a 2 year old to get the****utic intervention without it having to be paid cash.
