Pathetic service from Discovery

I am a chronic patient and my medical aid has a chronic benefit however my doctors bills have not been paid despite numerus calls to Discovery. I fell ill in September and was given authorization for the doctor, scans and medication yet the medical aid hasn't made payments. My husbands took ill and authorization was also given however the bill was not settled. I have been with Discovery from 2012 and now when i need to use my cover they not wanting to settle the bills after authorization has been given. I was also admitted to Christian Barnard Hospital where yet again authorization was given and this hospital is on there list Discovery hasn't made payment now im been handed over by the hospital.
