Pathetic Service

Pathetic. I dont even know where to start, I wish I am given a chance on radio to where I can easily articulate the pathetic and poor service I am getting from Discovery. A service provider is about to send a Debt Collector on me for the non payment of the services they gave me, when I call discovery, I cant get through their options they put on these answering machines. The machine talks to you, you press the options given, and when you now go for that that says a consultant will attend to you, the consultant gets the call then starts saying hello hello hello, its either, they dont hear coz of network issues or they avoid you, and also keep on saying hello until the call drops, imagine, you exhausting your air time, when you finally manage to get there, your misery continues, they send statements to show that the claim has been approved for the Dr but no proof of payment is given to you, when you tell them that the Dr is saying, he hasnt received the funds, they stick to their guns of saying our statement says funds were released, so where are you supposssed to go when your Medical Aid doesnt give you the actual proof of payment that you can submit to the Debt Collector, the Debt Collector follows you even at work, what an embarassment. I have run out of ideas, the only option I have is to look for a big radio station like Jacaranda, Metro or something like that so I can speak my mind, I am so Gatvol by Discovery, now am contemplating cancelling the membership and now the dilemna I have, is, if I camcel now and something happens to me during these waiting periods on a new cover form Momemntum, I will be in trouble coz I wont be covered. Its a pity that this Medical Aid Company is playing games with our lives. You deserve a zero rating. Worse than our politicians
