Pathetic service

I have entered my details to receive quotes from Discovery on their site about 3 times, no calls received. I finally decided to call them myself and was promised an email after the call as I am ready to take out medical cover, no mails received. This is pathetic, if this is how their service is with an interested customer, I don't even want to know how their service will be afterwards.
