Pathetic Service due to *********** Staff

<p>I was told on numerous occasions by different staff members that our medical savings would be paid to us and not transferred to our new medical aid. Even though they can confirm I was given the incorrect information by 3 staff members they still won't reimburse me with the amount that was due.</p> <p> </p> <p>It shouldn't be my problem that it was already tranferred to my medical aid. The fact is I was told it would be paid to us. now I must hear that it's legislation !!! Why don't those 3 staff members know about legislation. I want this referred higher, I've dealt with Kea Leso who was no help and gave me the same old story! I don't care what they need to do but they need to pay me the R1200 odd that we were supposed to get. It's because of their own incompetence. If I was told the correct information in the first place this wouldn't be an issue. I want this resolved once and for all. I was banking on receiving that money and had to take out a loan when this wasn't paid and had to pay interest on top of it. I don't want an apology for the inconvenience I was caused as a sorry just doesn't cut it! I want someone to call me urgently to resolve this!</p>
