Pathetic service by discovery medical aid

Discovery refuses to pay for an emergency. After an accident they refused to cover for scans which were necessary. We paid and decided to claim. They refused stating it was a casualty. How can an accident be a casualty. They refuse to acknowledge that. Disappointed at their service.
