Pathetic service by Discovery claims team

Pathetic service ever. No claim refund for last two months, everytime I am uploading my claims I am told i am re-do since 6 March 2026, today is 14 April. I have so many products with discovery but i am getting nonsensical service. I am told it takes 1-3 working days to process refunds but in my case it over 8 weeks and many calls of begging for whats it mine sies
