Pathetic service by Discovery - again.

Constantly disappointed with Discovery. I’ve been chasing up on an outstanding claim for the better part of a month and still no resolution. If it’s not dropped calls (after the rigmarole of dialling in), it’s *********** customer service agents and supervisors who say they will call back but never do. My claim is for R16000 and I’m at the point of giving up because no one is able to help me. Disgusted with their service.
