Pathetic service by discovery

Hi Discovery yes you did call me and you were not investigating but having discussed you closed the case with no resolution. Your lose as we have given notice to cancel the medical aid with you and this for a R9000.00 claim . But it is your lose now and you lost a monthly payment of R4K plus. If you did your math you would have rather retained than lose. But you know what your lose is someone else's gain. We are moving to another medical aid and having looked at your customer satisfaction index I see you guys have dipped so low. What happened to your service that was once so good? Remember when you fail to address genuine concerns you lose customers and you will not always have the biggest base if this continues.
You have taught your customer service department, pre-auth department and any department you deal with to say we understand your concern and this should not have happened to you. But what did you guys do about it. NOTHING!!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!
