Pathetic service and response time to resolve customers issues

Issues not resolved now going for my 2nd month no feedback.

I called in 20th Feb 2026 I advised the support team that I have not been paid for the activity I did but the GP was paid .

I was told to wait till the 27th Feb ,I waited nothing happened,I called back 27Febon the 28 Feb am just taken from pillar to post .

Thy always escalated with no feedback ,the worst part I need to buy air time and to call the
