Pathetic service and non-payment of claims from Discovery Health

This is the 2nd time I have to resort to hellopeter because I just cannot get my issue resolved with Discovery! It is now 9 months and the query is still unresolved!! Although I had obtained authorisation upfront from Discovery for certain procedures, they simply refuse to pay more than 30% of the claim afterwards. My query has been referred 4 times now to be reviewed with the promise that someone will call me back after 4 working days, yet nothing happens and nobody calls back! My request to speak to a manager simply gets refused. I am beyond frustrated!! Since I became ill with a serious disease I had nothing but bad service from Discovery Health! In my opinion it is the worst medical aid of all in South Africa! If I could rate it 0 I would have!
