Pathetic service and customer care

I've recently app**** for a medical aid with Discovery Health. I waited almost a month with no news and then called them. I was told there are documents outstanding so they cannot activate my account. Nobody even let me know about this. I sent them the documents that same day (14 April 2015). Since then I've again heard nothing so today (29 April) I called them again. Again they tell me there are documents outstanding. And again nobody let me know. They're feedback is pathetic and so is their assistance in the matter. I am now fed up. I need this medical aid because I cannot otherwise afford my chronic medication. Their service and customer care is pitifully poor.
