Pathetic Service and a lot of Misinformation.

My company signed us all up to Discovery Primary Care. We had a sales person come to our offices and explain all the benefits to. This sales person then tells everyone to register on the website where they can get a list of approved doctors and dentists, etc. I register and can do nothing. I contact discovery web for assistance and they tell me I cannot do anything on the web or app due to my package. Only my employer can do something through the Employer Zone. Well now someone is putting S*#t through someones eyes if this is the case. Discovery better get all their facts straight before presenting it to customers. Absolutely unprofessional!
