Pathetic service all round
Pathetic service. I sent an enquiry over the weekend. An agent phoned me 16.03.2022. I asked to be phoned after work at 4.45pm. No phone call was received and today, 17.03.2022, I received an SMS indicating the case has been closed. Us this the pathetic service being offered to potential clients even prior to becoming a client? It leaves much to be questioned for sure. I am disgusted.
