Pathetic service! A zero rating
App**** to see a specialist they took nearly two months to get back to me. Only to tell me that medical aid has been terminated and that I need to resubmit. I've been paying so much each and every month to get this pathetic service! Still waiting for a "MANAGER" to call. Will not be recommending this medical aid to anyone!!
