Pathetic service

I signed up with Discovery health about 5months ago. Till date i have not received any correspondence from them nor have i received my membership card. I was contacted by a lady from customer relations about 2months telling me thst my card would be sent with the courier within the next few days, till date i have still not received it and no correspondence.

Have been putting up my issues on instagram but to date i still have not received anything. Discovery is very quick to debit the account. What pathetic service is this

Discovery has been giving me the run around from December 2019, i was forced to go with then as i am not paying for my medical aid and the gentlemen insists i ho with them.
