Pathetic service

Pathetic, pathetic and more pathetic. I am still waiting for someone to sort out my query. I have been with Discovery for over 25 years. I wanted to make my husband a main member and not myself. I then got kicked off the medical aid. I was told to pay R1634 in Feb. I paid it on 9 Feb. I was told it's within the 90 period, so all will be well. Well nobody has bothered to see my query to the end. I have along paper trail. I emailed proof. It's been three months and I am still off the medical aid. Your principal officer and each and every single person that I have engaged with has been pathetic. Nothing is resolved. I emailed two-day ago and was told it's out of the 90 period for me to be reinstated. How pathetic???????? I want an immediate refund of my R1634 paid and will take my business elsewhere after 25 years. Nobody takes responsibility for anything.
