Pathetic Service

This company has the most appalling service I've ever experienced. I'm on their Key Care Plus medical aid Scheme that is being paid R2346.00 Monthly and they have defaulted me without any notification nor reason. I've tried twice now again at my practitioner to get a hold of them for clarity and on both occasions their consultants answer the line and stay quite while laughing in the backround. I'm in a state of emergency and I'm not receiving the promised service I'm paying for. I havr have both calls recorded and seeking legal advise. Discovery is absolutely pathetic for a so-called reputable entity.
