Pathetic service

Well me again complaining about Discovery they did call me and said the Key care department will phone me well they DID NOT phone me they cant even pay R 550.00 for the special socks that my wife needs after her operation well i did expect that they don't even contribute to most of the medicine that we get from the pharmacy so i still stand to my comment they ARE a BUNCH of *******.
